How does Yugved Self Help Group work?

  1. A group of minimum Eleven rural/urban women/men come together to form a SHG.

  2. A member brings her own savings typically Rs.1100 - 11000 to put in the common fund.

  3. The Yugved Group provides Projects for these SHGs to invest this fund and generate Profit for the SHG .

  4. The Yugved group also arranges for Loans for the Projects to be provided to these SHG’s and educates women/men about accounting and monitors the process of disbursing loan amounts and collecting periodic repayments.

  5. Women/Youth learn how to start and run businesses. More importantly, they find social support from other individuals of the Society

  6. Yugved oragnizes annual meetings where all SHG’s share their business stories with other SHGs and prominent Social Investors who witnesses these operations.

  7. As the businesses grow, every member’s saving power increases and the overall SHG account strengthens. Women secure their basic life needs and start thinking beyond.

  8. As this SHG accumulates more money, it can distribute the Profits among its Members.
